In the months of October and November, the BBMS Happy Children Memorial Fund will be collecting canned goods, toys, gently used coats and blankets. These items will distributed to local families in recovery from addiction and victims of domestic violence. Many of these families are in need of nonperishable items. In addition, toys will also be distributed to local needy families. As well as at our local elementary schools, Newhall Church of the Nazarene, and SC Child and Family Center.
Collection boxes will be located around town. Ranchers Market and Jacks Place in Leona Valley, Green Valley Market, Salt Lick Tavern, The Rock Inn, and Green Valley Green Valley Smokehouse.
